San Joaquin Valley Air District Charge Up! Program
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District’s Charge Up! Program offers generous rebates to help you install EV chargers at your business, multi-unit dwelling, fleet depot, or government facility.
Incentive: Up to $5,000 per Level 2 charger and up to $25,000 per Level3 charger. Maximum $50,000 annually per applicant/site
Who Can Apply: If your site is located in one of the following counties, you may be eligible: Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tulare.
Applicants must commit to keeping the EV charging equipment operational and properly maintained for a minimum of 3 years.

Application PROCESS
1. Reserve Your Rebate
Submit the Application Form to officially hold your funding while you prepare for installation.
2. Install Your Charging Stations
Choose a qualified MCE-approved vendor to handle your installation and complete your project.
3. Get Paid
Once your installation is verified, you’ll receive your rebate within 30–60 days.
