Efficiency Maine is offering financial incentives to rapidly deploy new Level 2 and DC fast chargers across rural areas of Maine. If you’re a site host, EV charger installer, or project developer, now’s your chance to access generous grants covering up to 100% of eligible costs – plus additional support to cover demand charges or battery storage costs.

Install new Level 2 or DC fast chargers (existing upgrades can apply but don't qualify for battery/demand charge incentives).
Chargers must be networked, publicly accessible, ADA-compliant, and meet Uptime and service requirements.
